At ErgoTune, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ergonomic setup. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your needs, you can return your items within 21 days of delivery for a hassle-free refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your ErgoTune account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive your RMA number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully disassemble the product and place it back into its original packaging with all included tools, manuals, and protective padding to ensure safe transit.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
